Change of use from a mixed use of equestrian storage, office and retail to office (Use Class E) with external alterations and relocation of the horsewalker

As the motion that was moved and seconded was contrary to officer recommendation, a recorded vote was taken.

DECISION:

That the application be delegated to the Head of Housing and Development Control to approve, subject to agreeing conditions.
