Purpose of committee

This committee shows training sessions that councillors have attended.  Some training sessions will be for all councillors, others for specific committees.  There may be some sessions that are for a specific committee, but is of interest to other members.  In the attendance for these sessions, the councillors that should attend will be marked as committee members, those that might be interested in attending will be marked as guests.
