To determine whether there are any additional items of business which, by reason of special circumstances, the Chair decides should be considered at the meeting as a matter of urgency

To determine during which items, if any, the public are to be excluded from the meeting.

To consider questions, statements or petitions from members of the public.

To consider the draft Licensing Policy and agree to it being sent out for a formal 8 week consultation.

To consider proposed revisions to private hire operator and vehicle licence conditions including pre-licence requirements.

To consider the arrangements for the holding of Licensing Act 2003 hearings and Taxi Licensing hearings for 2020/21.
