Agenda and minutes

To receive, as read, the Minutes of the proceedings of the previous Ordinary Council meeting held on 29^th September 2021, and to confirm them or otherwise.

RESOLVED         The Minutes of the meeting of the Council meeting held on the 29^th September 2021 were confirmed and signed by the Chair.

To receive questions, statements or petitions (if any) from members of the public.

Mr John Rowe addressed the meeting on the subject of zero carbon housing.  The Leader of the Council, Cllr Afrasiab Anwar duly responded.

To determine during which items, if any, the public are to be excluded from the meeting and to consider the exclusion of the public from the meeting before discussion takes place on the following item of business on the grounds that in view of the nature of the business to be transacted if the public were present there would be a disclosure to them of exempt information within the meaning of Part VA of the Local Government Act 1972.

It was RESOLVED that the public were to be excluded from the meeting before discussion took place on Minute 41 relating to Pioneer Place on the grounds that in view of the nature of the business to be transacted if the public were present there would be a disclosure to them of exempt information within the meaning of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.

It was RESOLVED that Full Council approved:

i) Additional funding as detailed in the Financial Implications Section of the report;

ii) The revised capital programme as set out in the Financial Implications Section of the report;
