To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the last meeting.

The minutes of the meeting held on 24^th June 2019 were approved as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

To determine a Private Hire Driver’s licence renewal application.

The Licensing Officer reported on an application for renewal of a private hire driver’s licence.

MA was present at the meeting and was represented by MQ.

RESOLVED

The application to renew the private hire driver’s licence be refused.

To review a Private Hire Driver’s licence.

The Licensing Officer reported on a review of a private hire driver’s licence.

AM was present at the meeting and was represented by HM.

RESOLVED

That no further action be taken at this time but the driver be reminded of his responsibilities to report incidents of concern and the need to comply with the terms and conditions of his licence.
