Review of Private Hire Operator's Licence Additional documents:
Minutes: The Licensing Officer reported on a review of a Private Hire Operator’s licence held by MA in order to determine if MA was a fit and proper person to hold such a licence.
MA was present at the meeting and was accompanied by AA.
The Sub-Committee determined that, on balance, MA was a fit and proper person to hold a Private Hire Operator ’s licence with Burnley Borough Council.
RESOLVED, THAT: a formal warning be issued for breach of condition 8b of the operator’s licence conditions.
