Apologies were received from Councillor Liz Monk.

To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the last meeting.

The Minutes of the last meeting held on 18^th September 2017 were approved as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

To review a Private Hire Driver’s Licence in light of the Council’s new convictions policy.

The Licensing Officer reported on the conduct of KS the current holder of a Private Hire Driver’s Licence in light of the Council’s revised Taxi Licensing Convictions Policy.

KS was present at the meeting.

RESOLVED

That having regard to the conduct recorded against KS the current holder of a  Private Hire Driver’s Licence no further action be taken.
