To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the last meeting.

Exclusion of EThe Minutes of the meeting held on 6^th November 2017 were approved as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

To determine an application for a Private Hire Driver’s Licence.

The Licensing Officer reported on an application by TA for a Private Hire Driver’s Licence.

TA was present at the meeting and was represented by AR.

RESOLVED

That the application for a Private Hire Driver’s Licence be granted.

To determine whether the holder of a Private Hire Driver’s licence is a fit and proper person to hold such a licence

The Licensing Officer reported on the conduct of RM the current holder of a Private Hire Driver’s Licence.

RM was present at the meeting and was represented by CO.

At the request of CO the hearing was adjourned to a later date, date to be confirmed, in order for the applicant to attend with an interpreter
