Purpose
|
To seek approval to vary the lease of the former University
Technical College, Trafalgar Street, Burnley.

Reason For Decision
|
To regularise the lease plan so that the leased area
includes the as-built car park and to facilitate the subletting of
the development to the University of Central Lancashire by the
Secretary of State for Communities & Local
Government.

Decision
|
(1)
To approve variations
to the lease of the former University Technical College, as
reported and;
(2)
To authorise the Head
of Law & Democracy to complete a Deed of Variation to the 125
year lease.
