Apologies were received from Cllr A Hosker.

To consider the exclusion of the Public from the meeting before discussion takes place on the following items of business on the grounds that in view of the nature of the business to be transacted, if the public were present there would be a disclosure to them of exempt information within the meaning of Part VA of the Local Government Act 1972.

RESOLVED that:

The public be excluded from the meeting before discussion took place on the following item of business on the grounds that in view of the nature of the business to be transacted, if the public were present, there would be a disclosure to them of exempt information within the meaning of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.

The Licensing Officer reported on a review of a Private Hire Driver’s license held by JHIB in order to review if JHIB was a fit and proper person to hold such a licence.

RESOLVED

That having regard to the conduct recorded against JHIB that they should be given a formal warning on this occasion.
