That planning permission be refused

 

Reason:

 

The proposed development fails to comply with the minimum spacing standards between habitable rooms and a blank gable contained with Policy HS4 of Burnley’s Local Plan (July 2018), the impact of which would be to adversely affect the residential amenities of the occupiers of 26 Pennine Grove”
