To consider the appointments to Committees, Working Groups and Panels for 2024/25.

To consider the appointment of Chairs and Vice-chairs for 2024/25.

To consider the appointment of the Council’s representatives on Outside Bodies for 2024/25.

To note the use of call-in waivers relating to urgent decisions.

To deal with questions (if any) relating to matters not contained in the Minutes before the Council and of which notice in writing has been received in accordance with Standing Order Nos. 10(2) and 10(3).
