Councillor Jeff Sumner was appointed Chair of the meeting.

To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the last meeting.

The minutes of the meeting held on 15^th December 2021 were approved as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

To consider a review of a Private Hire Driver`s Licence.

The Licensing Officer reported on a review of a Private Hire Driver’s Licence held by PS in order to determine if PS was a fit and proper person to hold such a licence.

PS was present at the meeting.

Resolved

That having had regard to the conduct recorder against PS no further action be taken but that PS be issued with a warning.
