Councillor Kelly was appointed Chair of the meeting.

To approve as a correct record the Minutes of the last meeting, held on 20^th April 2022.

The minutes of the meeting held on 20^th April 2022 were approved as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

To receive any declarations of interest from Members relating to any item on the agenda in accordance with the provision of the Code of Conduct and/or indicate if S106 of the Local Government Finance Act 1992 applies to them.

There were no declarations of interest.

To consider the exclusion of the Public from the meeting before discussion takes place on the following items of business on the grounds that in view of the nature of the business to be transacted, if the public were present there would be a disclosure to them of exempt information within the meaning of Part VA of the Local Government Act 1972.

Resolved, that: The public be excluded from the meeting before discussion took place on the following item of business on the grounds that in view of the nature of the business to be transacted, if the public were present there would be a disclosure to them of exempt information within the meaning of Part VA of the Local Government Act 1972.

The Licensing Officer reported on a review of a Private Hire Driver`s Licence held by SH in order to determine if SH was a fit and proper person to hold such a licence.

SH was present at the meeting.

Resolved:

That the Private Hire Driver licence of SH be suspended for 28 days.
