DECISION AND REASONS FOR DECISION

After considering the review and all representations it was a very difficult decision but it was decided to accept the conditions and hours proposed by the Police and Vogue Night Club as proposed on 6th December 2017 and which are attached as Appendix 1 to the Minutes, which replace the existing conditions set out in Annex 2 to Appendix A of the report.

The Police’s approach for them to be proactive and to review the licence again should that be relevant was agreed to.

The reason for the decision was having regard to the prevention of crime and disorder licensing objective.
